Users in your Developer Account

When we set up your developer account, we also set up a user for you with Developer access to register your app and generate API keys. Please note, only this user will have the Developer access.

You can invite two types of users into your Developer account

• File User
  • Will have access to the company file you invite them to.
• Administrator User
  • Please note, only the Owner(the user MYOB sets up for you) can create new Administrator. An online administrator can work with all the company files associated with the Developer account client ID. The Administrator user will also have developer access to register apps and create API keys. Please make sure to reach out to us if you need to register more than two apps/keys.

You can manage users From your my.myob account, whenever you need to. You can also change the email address that is set up with your developer account. .
