From the 1st of July 2022, We will require you to provide your MYOB Client id in order to access Support for the MYOB Business API. This is to ensure that we are capturing and catering to the needs of the MYOB Developer Community.
Here is how to locate your MYOB Client id:
1. Sign into the my.MYOB website using your my.MYOB account.
2. In the top right hand corner above sign out, there is a drop down box.
Here is where you will find your account name and a 7 to 8 digit number . This is your client id. For example:
Please note: If you have more than one account, you will need to provide the client id for the account that holds your MYOB Developer Program Subscription.
