Any API key that is to do with MYOB Business (AccountRight), Old Essentials and MYOB EXO Business that has had no traffic on it in the last 12 months will be cancelled.
If the API key has been active in within the last 12 months it will remain active as default.
Why am I receiving these communications?
You are currently part of our MYOB Developer Program. You have not used your API keys in over 12 months. We are cancelling your developer program to align with our onboarding acceptance criteria which requires an accreditation process to be established along with adherence to the MYOB security requirements and partner brand guidelines along with additional changes to our terms and conditions which can be found here
Will my integration customers be impacted?
As the API hasn’t been used within the past 12 months, it is unlikely however you will need to do your due diligence and contact any of your integration customers and make them aware that the integration is no longer active.
What it means for as a developer program partner when I am cancelled?
It means your program benefits, upgrades, your developer keys and any benefits that come with being in the MYOB developer program will be revoked from the 6th of February 2023.
What will happen if I haven’t used the API within 12 months?
Your API keys will be cancelled, and your program benefits, upgrades, your developer keys, and any benefits that come with being in the MYOB developer program will be revoked.
If I want to re-register, how do I do this?
To continue to partner with us, will have to lodge a request to re-register in line with our new T&Cs via Partner program Re-Register form
