Over the last few days, our Development Teams have been monitoring the performance of the API and have seen an improvement with the manual updates that they have been making to our Servers.
Given the improvement of the API over the last few days, our Development Teams are now ready to deploy the updates so that will automate there changes to our servers, this will happen on the evening of the 12th August.
MYOB now considers this issue resolved. We will continue to monitor the API for any changes.

Over the weekend, our Development teams have made some further changes to our servers to try and improve the performance of the API while they continue investigating the cause of the issue.

We are continuing to investigate the issue with our API where you may be seeing an increased error rate.
The issues are intermittent and associated with a high number of retry requests on our API.
Our investigations are on going and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are aware that users may be experiencing ongoing issues with the AccountRight/New Essentials API around increased error rates, predominately 500/504 errors. We have also seen cases of reduced performance.
Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and deploying changes to help mitigate those situations and minimize the impact.
We understand this is frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience that this is causing while we do find a long-term solution. We thank you for your patience at this time.
