When an AccountRight update is released from time to time you may encounter this error:

First, ensure the Administrator of the company file has opened the company file and upgraded this to the latest version. The silent installer will install AccountRight however the file will still need to be opened and upgraded.
If you are still getting this error what can sometimes happen is AccountRight can update however the API installer can fail the upgrade which will cause a miss-match in the version. What we need to do is uninstall AccountRight and the API installer and then reinstall this again which will install these side by side with the correct version
