How long does registration for a Developer Account take?

"I registered with you for a developer account and I've heard nothing yet, what's taking so long"?

We get it, you want to get cracking and start developing as quickly as you can. Right now our registrations do have a couple of manual steps that require people ensuring accounts are setup correctly and sandbox files are shared with you.

The hours for this team are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm NZT (that's New Zealand's time zone). While our team often will respond outside of these times, they can't process applications 24/7.

If you register Mon-Fri before midday, chances are you'll have your account setup that same day, we're pretty good at turning them around in sub 60mins.

Friday afternoons are the tricky ones - we often get a flood of developer registrations on Fridays (we assume, like all great developers, they are keen to hack around with our API Postman collection over the weekend?). This often adds extra load, and accounts applied for after lunch on a Friday often do slip to the following Monday - we're sorry about that and we appreciate your understanding.
